We understand that picking a supplier is not always easy to do. Below are some of the most commonly asked questions from our customers. If you don't see your question here, please contact us with your query and we'll get back to you as quickly as we can.

A. We are very flexible and offer a variety of payment options. These include PayPal, credit / debit cards, bank transfer and WorldPay
A. All of our products are dispatched in brand new, purpose made packaging and damage is rare. However, any item damaged in transit will be replaced if the damage is reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. Please provide us with several photos of the damaged screen and packaging, and ensure that the package is signed for as damaged. We kindly ask that you keep hold of the damaged screen and the packaging it arrived in for up to six weeks as the courier needs to examine them.
A. Most of our screens are the raw LCD panel only and will not come with cables or plastics. However, some of our parts are display assemblies or complete top halves and will come with these additional parts. Please contact us if you are unsure which kind of part you require.
A. We do not recommend attempting to upgrade the resolution of your laptop. The process is often not as simple as just replacing the LCD panel, and a higher resolution part may not fit or work in your machine. While this can be successful in some laptops, often you will need to make several hardware changes, such as new display cables and sometimes even a new system board.
A. Devices such as iPhones and iPads will all have a model number in small print on the back. This number starts with the letter "A", followed by four digits. This number is all we need to be able to confirm if we have the correct replacement part for you.
Unfortunately identifying the correct replacement screen for a laptop often is not this simple. Because most laptop models can be manufactured with varying hardware we really need the model / part number from the back of the original LCD. Help with how to find this information can be found in our buying guide.
A. We supply 100% compatible screens. In some cases we may not have the exact part in stock but, in these cases, we will have a substitute of the same (or better) quality. Unfortunately, some older parts are no longer manufactured which makes obtaining them incredibly difficult. If you will only accept the exact screen then please let us know before placing an order so that we can verify if we have it or not.
A. Replacement screens are not hard to fit, and we can supply a generic user guide (free of charge) with your order, if requested. One of the best sources of step-by-step information for this process is actually Youtube, where you will often find a video of the process for your laptop model. The one thing that we do tell everyone that is going to do it themselves is please remove the battery first.

We do also offer a fitting service for a small extra charge if you would rather we fit your new part for you. Please contact us for details.
A. All of our parts come with a three month warranty which covers electronic component failure. Extended warranties are available at very affordable rates.
A. Orders placed before 17:00 (UK time) will be dispatched on the same day. Our standard shipping method for most mainland UK addresses is next working day and fully trackable. Orders outside of the UK (and some Scottish postcodes may take longer).
A. We only use reputable courier services such as DPD and FedEx so you should receive a card through your letterbox giving the phone number of your local depot. You can then call them to arrange a convenient time for re-delivery or to collect your screen from them.
